Domestic and Hybrid Programs - Russian

1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th-year Russian

8 Weeks in Pittsburgh

SLI's programs are moving online for the summer 2020! Learn more about our plans for "Virtual SLI" here: https://www.sli.pitt.edu/node/140.

1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year Russian classes taught at the SLI provide the equivalent of an academic year's worth of study. Classes meet online via video-conference Monday - Friday from 11am to 4:30pm ET (Pittsburgh time). In addition to intensive language classes, students also attend Russian films, lectures on politics and culture, and masterclasses on topics such as art, cuisine, and movement.

Please note that SLI is no longer accepting applications to our Russian program, but we can still accept applications to several of our other programs. As our normal applications season has passed, interested applicants should first write to sliadmin@pitt.edu to confirm the availability of space and/or funding in the language and level that they are interested in studying. If your desired course has space, SLI will assist you in creating a late application. Thank you!
